Museum of Dysfunction: Family Album

Houston, TX- Mildred’s Umbrella Theater Company and The Fan Factory Theatre team up to present you with a fun (and frightening) night of snapshots family dysfunction. Hosted by Avant Garden, one of the leading supporters of alternative art in Houston, These two companies provide you with a museum tour guide, who will take you to the nooks and crannies of the ‘museum’ where you will be able to take a peek into the dark crevices of family life. You might recognize some of these scenarios, hopefully, not others.

The show explores motherly love, brotherly love, crazy love and hate, all within the confines of family relationships in a multi-media format that includes film, puppet shows, live actors, and interactive media for a little over an hour of diverse entertainment.

Collaborators include actors from Mildred’s Umbrella, Fan Factory and the theatre community and puppeteers from Bobbindoctrin Puppet Theatre.
