Tori is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts. She has been the lighting designer for a number of productions, including Antigone Arkhe, Bad Dates, What Are You, Really?, and for her own self-written work The Persistence of Memory. She has also acted in many productions at Texas A&M, including Th3 B3ggar’s Op3ra, Prelude to a Kiss, The Tempest, An Ideal Husband, and Measure for Measure. Tori joined Mildred’s Umbrella as the Lighting Designer for the 2013 Museum of Dysfunction festival and soon became the resident Lighting Designer at the Shunya Theatre Company of Houston for the 2014 season. She more recently served as the Stage Manager for Cloud Tectonics and also acted as Woman in Conquest of Guernica (Museum of Dysfunction) in April 2015 (both produced by Mildred’s Umbrella). She hopes to continue her theatre career with Mildred’s Umbrella as her home theatre.
